SHVxx high voltage power supplies for mounting in a server rack are designed to solve a wide range of industrial and scientific problems associated with the use of high voltage technology.

The domestic manufacturer of power electronics, PARAMERUS LLC, offers a range of high-voltage power supplies for industrial use, including units with voltage up to 160 kV, power from 300 W to 6 kW.

When designing high-voltage power supplies, PARAMERUS engineers use the latest achievements in power electronics to ensure that products comply with the most stringent requirements of domestic and foreign standards. The SHVxx range consists of five sub-series:

SHVMP - power from 300 W to 1 kW, voltage up to 60 kV;

SHVHP-2 - power 2 kW, voltage up to 120 kV;

SHVHP-3 - power 3 kW, voltage up to 160 kV;

SHVHP-4 - power 4 kW, voltage up to 160 kV;

SHVHP-6 - power 6 kW, voltage up to 160 kV;

All devices have the same control panel, display system and analog interface (Fig.1). On the front panel there is a power button, a high-voltage output on/off button, voltage and current level setting potentiometers, 4-digit 7-segment indicators (voltage, current) and LED indicators of the current status and errors.

Software on a personal computer significantly expands the functionality of the device, allows you to set the rate of current and voltage rise at the source output, error levels, arc discharge error counter, etc. The following digital control interfaces are available for selection: USB, RS-232, RS-485, GPIB, ethernet.

All devices are equipped with an active power factor corrector, which provides reliable protection of the device against conducted interference, and also prevents distortion of the power supply quality of the operated network from the high-voltage source. The volt-supplied full-bridge converter topology used provides excellent efficiency and reliability by providing redundant current protection and ensuring that the power switches operate at optimal duty cycles, resulting in significantly higher efficiency and accuracy compared to the direct bridge conversion topology used by the company.
