ОПИСАНИЕ

Серия высоковольтных источников питания SHVLP-SEM предназначены для питания растровых электронных микроскопов (РЭМ). Интегрированные источники ускорителя заряженных частиц, смещения и накала, ФЭУ, сцинтиллятора и коллектора. Источники ускорителя заряженных частиц является сверхстабильным и с низким уровнем пульсаций, выходное напряжение от 0 до 30 кВ при токе до 200 мкА.
