DESCRIPTION

The HVS-HBM series is a half-bridge version of the high-voltage switching devices for unbalanced loads such as microwave devices. The switches of this series consist of a high-current and auxiliary arm, each device is equipped with a set of protections and feedbacks. The products of the HVS-HBM series are characterized by high pulse and average power, as well as the ability to work in a linear mode. The devices are designed to form rectangular pulses on any type of load.
